Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "gcup5", "we" or "platform" refers to the entity operating the gcup5.one website under international licensing. "Player", "user" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses gcup5 services.

This agreement covers all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, bonus claims, and interactions with gcup5 customer service. These terms may be updated from time to time and the latest version will be published on this page.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register a gcup5 account, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to participate in betting activities under the applicable laws.
• Have never been banned from participating on any online gambling platform by any competent authority.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list on any platform or responsible gambling programme.

Each player is only permitted to register one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, phone number or bank details is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended and account balances reduced.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information including your full name, mobile phone number and email details. gcup5 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance purposes, including a copy of your MyKad or valid identification document.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The gcup5 platform accepts payments through various methods suited to the Malaysian local market, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

General conditions for financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours once the request is approved.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto payments which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

gcup5 does not impose any additional charges on deposits or withdrawals from the platform's side, however third-party payment service providers may charge their own fees. Players are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals belongs to the player and is registered under the same name as the gcup5 account.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gcup5 offers various promotions to players from time to time. The gcup5 welcome bonus gives an additional 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Additional conditions that apply to all gcup5 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• gcup5 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• VIP promotions provide weekly cashback by tier: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Use

gcup5 players are required to use the platform in a responsible and honest manner, complying with all established game rules. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to exploit the game system.
• Collusion between players or cooperation intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false information during registration or the account verification process.
• Using another party's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any money laundering or financial fraud activity through the platform.
• Distributing unlawful, offensive or inappropriate content through any gcup5 communication channel.

gcup5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or applicable legal action.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Imposed Limits

gcup5 is committed to responsible gambling and provides self-control tools to help players manage their betting activity. Players can contact customer support 24/7 to set deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, or to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

It is the responsibility of every player to:

• Only bet with money they can afford to lose.
• Not treat betting as a primary source of income.
• Seek help promptly if they find their betting habits becoming difficult to control.

Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the gcup5 platform. If gcup5 finds that an account has been registered by an underage individual, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Account Closure and Termination of Service

Players may request closure of their gcup5 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and compliance with active wagering requirements.

gcup5 reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms stated in this document.

• Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

If any dispute arises relating to the use of the gcup5 platform, players are encouraged to contact the customer support team first for a prompt resolution. gcup5 is committed to handling every complaint transparently and fairly within a reasonable timeframe.

gcup5 operates under international licensing and complies with the gambling licensing requirements set by the relevant regulatory body. All game outcomes generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

This agreement and any disputes arising from the use of the gcup5 platform shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. By using the gcup5 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated body for the resolution of any disputes.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The gcup5 platform is provided "as is" and gcup5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. gcup5 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or events beyond gcup5's control.
• Disputed betting outcomes that have been verified through valid system logs.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to comply with the stated terms and conditions.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

gcup5's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Notifications

gcup5 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of this terms and conditions document at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players through appropriate channels, including in-platform notifications or email to the registered address.

It is the player's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current applicable conditions. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last reviewed.
